Scholarships for students who wish to undertake a research work term during the Fall 2026 session (recognized as a mandatory work term within the context of the study program). We recommend submitting your application as early as possible.

- Financial support for the dissemination and promotion of research work
Up to $1,000 to cover expenses related to the presentation of your research project (Master’s thesis or Doctoral dissertation).
Submit applications via the graduate and post-graduate scholarships portal on a first-come-first-serve basis. - Support for French-language integration
Intended exclusively for students who have been admitted on an English basis to a PhD program at ÉTS. Students admitted on an adequate knowledge of English may get the reimbursement of French course tuition fees. Consult the master web page and the doctorate web page for information on the program.
Deadline for submitting an application: May 27, 2026 - The QcNEIHR Graduate Scholarships Program
These scholarships will support students who demonstrate dedication in their studies and have the potential for partnership with Indigenous communities and organizations. The QcNEIHR Graduate Scholarships offer $25,000 for one year for a MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIP and $35,000 for one year for a PhD SCHOLARSHIP.

Scholarships intended for students with financial needs. Amounts: $20,000 (Master) and $35,000 (Doctorate).

This program offers paid internships at a partner business that agrees to contribute to the financing and to host the student at its premises to work on activities related to a joint research project. This program offers considerable flexibility in terms of eligibility, duration of work terms and allocation of time for research at the business.
There is no set deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the scheduled start of the internship. Several financing models are available. - Business Strategy Internship
This program offers paid innovative internships at a partner business that agrees to contribute to the financing and to host the student at its premises to work on activities related to a joint research project to carry out the innovation activities of the organization, in order to help improve its products, processes or services. This program offers considerable flexibility in terms of eligibility, duration of work terms and allocation of time for research at the business.
There is no set deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted at least 5 weeks before the scheduled start of the internship. Several financing models are available. - Mitacs Globalink Research Award
$6,000 fellowship for senior undergraduates and graduate students to conduct 12-24 week research projects at universities abroad.
There is no set deadline for submitting applications. The number of available scholarships are limited. Applications must be submitted at least 16 weeks before the start of the project.
