Mitacs Globalink Research Award
The Mitacs Globalink Research Award provides financial assistance to international senior undergraduate students and international graduate students to carry out 12-to 24-week research projects under the supervision of a supervisor at ÉTS. Fifteen (15) research scholarships are available for the 2025-2026 academic year, excluding projects in the quantum field, for which there is no limit. The call for proposals for this scholarship is integrated into the ÉTS Fond d'internationalisation competition through Component 3 - Student Mobility - Hosting Research Interns, and the application must be submitted by the professor supervising the research project.

$6,000 for 12 to 24 weeks
Eligibility criteria
Projects submitted as part of the ÉTS Fonds d'internationalisation call for proposals must :
- Be submitted by a full-time professor or full-time teaching professor
- Be innovative, structured, have institutional scope, and be related to the internationalization of ÉTS
- Identify the student when submitting the funding application
Interns must :
- Be enrolled full-time in the final year of an undergraduate program or as graduate students
- Be age 18 or older
