ChemiNot

ChemiNot is a consultation and registration application for students at ÉTS. You can use it to register for courses, check your file and schedule, and track your progress in your program.

ChemiNot can be accessed through a web browser. Important: The web application is not optimized for use on mobile devices. For an optimal experience, we recommend that you access it from a computer with an up-to-date web browser (Chrome or Firefox) and a minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 px.

How do I register for courses with ChemiNot?

Do I need a login (access code and password) to access the ChemiNot application?

You need to have created an ÉTS account before you can access ChemiNot. 

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. If you do not already have an ÉTS account, go toOmnivox.
  2. Choose your password.
  3. Next, proceed to configure the multi-factor authentication (MFA). The MFA strengthens the security of all ÉTS accounts and must be configured. If you need help, consult the procedure for setting up multi-factor authentication

If you have issues logging in and need technical support with the multi-factor authentication, please submit a request using the GUS Form in non-authenticated mode.  This will allow us to assist you quickly.

  • If you have an authentication issue, please submit a service request on the portal : gus.etsmtl.ca.
  • If you need help with your file, please fill out the Info-ÉTS form.

If you want to report an issue or make a suggestion, it is imperative to identify yourself by providing your permanent code and a means of contacting you.

If possible, please provide us with details on the error message you received. This will help us diagnose the issue.
