Through a teaching approach that integrates the social, environmental, and economic dimensions of sustainable development, ÉTS graduates are equipped to address the major challenges of our society.

The vast majority of the faculty members have worked in industry before teaching at ÉTS.

The vast majority of professors at ÉTS have acquired industry experience before joining the teaching staff. They can not only address in class or in research laboratories the issues that concern the industry but also propose concrete solutions to address them.

In addition to teaching engineering, these professors lead research activities and supervise individuals pursuing graduate studies, including master's and doctoral degrees.

Because the major challenges of our society will require a variety of expertise, engineering students must acquire interdisciplinary perspectives in addition to those of engineering.
