Bursary for French-language integration (PhD)

Intended exclusively for students who have been admitted on an English basis to a PhD program at ÉTS.

To encourage students to register for a French course (FLS) at UQAM, a temporary bursary is awarded upon successful completion of the course. The bursary is not automatically granted; a request must be submitted during the specified period (see below).

$600

Eligibility criteria

• Be admitted on an English basis to a PhD program;
• Be enrolled full-time for the Summer 2025 semester and the Automn 2025 semester;
• Obtain success in the French course*.

*The grade must be entered in your student’s file.
