ÉTS offers generous scholarships to student athletes

In addition to top-quality coaching and world-class sports facilities, ÉTS has another effective tool for recruiting student athletes to join its winning Piranhas teams – generous athletic scholarships.
An initiative of the Communication and Student Recruitment Service, in collaboration with the ÉTS Sports Centre, athletic scholarships of up to $5,000 per athlete can be applied against tuition fees.
They are available exclusively to students in their first year of a Technological Academic Path program or a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral program. A major step in the right direction in terms of balancing sports, studies and work.
Retaining talented athletes
ÉTS also hopes that, through this pilot recruitment project, these scholarships will help convince student athletes in exchange programs to remain here, and encourage them to complete their undergraduate studies and pursue graduate studies, or complete their graduate studies and pursue post-graduate studies at ÉTS! The project remains in effect until 2024-2025.
New student athletes have a choice. The ÉTS Piranhas boast excellent badminton, cross-country, futsal, golf, ice hockey, rugby and women’s volleyball teams.
