An ÉTS academic year spans 12 months, split into 3 regular semesters of 4 months (15 weeks) each:
- Fall semester: September to December
- Winter semester: January to April
- Summer semester: May to August

Registration period
- New students: October 27 to December 15, 2023
- Returning students: October 30 (8 am) to November 14, 2023
Start of application of the financial penalty for late registration
- Returning students: November 15, 2023
Payment of tuition fees
- Deadline for 1st payment: January 8, 2024
- Deadline for 2nd payment: February 16, 2024
ASEQ insurance coverage change deadline
- January 31, 2024 (new students)
