Want to tackle real-world problems? All our programs prioritize hands-on work and experimentation, so you can become familiar with the issues businesses are up against. At ÉTS you’ll spend more time on practical work, lab sessions, and projects than in any other engineering program in Québec. And most of our faculty have industry experience.
Because you’ll have access to paid internships
Internships allow you to explore a variety of workplace settings and receive a salary to cover your tuition costs. All internships completed as part of an ÉTS program are paid and are a great opportunity to make business contacts. Even before completing their bachelor’s degree in engineering, for example, ÉTS students will have accumulated at least one year of work experience in their field.

ÉTS graduates are highly sought after by employers because they’ve had hands-on training. More than half our students secure a job before they graduate, and almost all find employment within a year.

We have 60 student clubs and groups dedicated to robots, drones, racing cars, solar and amphibious vehicles, human-powered submarines, international cooperation, sports, music, and more. With so much variety, your mind knows no bounds! And when you join one of our clubs, you may have the opportunity to compete internationally.
