MEES exemptions from supplemental tuition fees

The education ministry’s Programme d’exemption des droits de scolarité supplémentaires (program for the exemption of supplemental tuition fees) allows some International students to be exempted from extra tuition fees and thus pay the same amount as a Québec student.

Cooperation and Bilateral Agreements (all levels of study)

Under cooperation agreements and bilateral accords signed between the Government of Quebec, foreign governments and international organizations, an exemption from supplemental fees is granted to a predefined number of students. This number is determined by a quota allocated to foreign governments and international organizations who have signed an agreement.
