We can help you recruit. Thanks to our job posting service, you can increase your visibility and promote your available job positions through our network of ÉTS graduates who have more than two years’ experience or who are studying at the graduate level.

Available packages

  • Package of 2 posts: $110
  • Package of 3 posts: $150

Conditions of use

To be eligible for the Job Posting Service for ÉTS graduates who have more than two years of experience or who are pursuing graduate studies, job postings must meet the following terms and conditions:

  • Each job posting must include a link to the online job posting (PDF documents are not accepted).
  • Only one job offer per posting.
  • No postings for candidate databases.
  • No postings of job offers that require training at the candidate’s expense.
  • Educational requirements must include a university degree related to one of ÉTS’s programs.

All job descriptions must include the following information:

  • A brief description of the company
  • Job title
  • Main duties
  • Educational requirements
  • Suitable candidates.

Third-party recruiters are agencies, organizations or individuals who recruit candidates to fill employment positions for someone other than themselves.

  • Requests from third-party recruiters are processed on a case-by-case basis and can be refused at any time.
  • Third-party recruiters must disclose the identity of their clients.
  • Job postings must be posted under the name of the client.
  • Job applicants’ resumes are not kept for future reference.

Orders
  • Online purchase only (payment by credit card or bank transfer).
  • Transaction confirmations are automatically sent.
  • Invoices marked “Paid” are available upon request only.
Refunds

No refunds except in the event of non-compliance on our part. In such a case, you will be offered the following options:

  • To post another job posting.
  • To request a refund (for a package of several job postings, the amount to be reimbursed will be determined upon the unit cost).
