It supports scientific partnerships by helping partners find the right research team to meet their research and development needs; structures these partnerships in such a way that the needs of all parties are taken into account and the experience is positive.

How does the partnership process work at the Partnerships Office?
Here is how a typical partnership request is processed.
- Acknowledgement of request (email or other): Response from the Partnerships Office
- Analysis and assessment: Partnership needs assessed and validated
- Matching of expertise at ÉTS and validation of research team availability
- Contact established between the partner and the expert(s) and agreement reached on the terms of the collaboration
- Transfer to the Office of the Dean of Research to draft a formal proposal
- Follow-up on partnership, as needed.
