Directory of Equivalent Courses
Recognition of prior learning is a process that allows candidates in a program to optimize their academic journey by enabling them to have their previously acquired knowledge recognized before admission.
For most candidates, this refers to courses taken and successfully completed at another educational institution. However, under certain conditions, work experience may be recognized for the first internship of a bachelor's degree or for course credits in short undergraduate programs or certificate programs. For more details on prior learning recognition, we invite you to consult the Règlement des études de premier cycle (chapitre 4) (in French only) or the Règlement des études de cycles supérieurs (chapitre 5) (in French only).
Refer to the directory below to check the equivalence status of one of your successfully completed courses and to learn about the procedure for submitting a prior learning recognition request.
