As part of a partnership with the Administration portuaire de Montréal (APM), Hatch et QSL, students from the GOL465 – Simulation des opérations et des activités de service course, offered in the Operations and Logistics Engineering program at ÉTS, were invited to take on a major challenge: analyze a complex issue related to traffic flow at the entry gate of the Bickerdike terminal and formulate concrete recommendations. This project gave them the opportunity to apply their engineering skills in a real-world and stimulating context.
A Strengthened and Promising Partnership
Since the launch of the challenge, MPA and Hatch have played a vital role in supporting this educational initiative. The addition of QSL in 2024 enhanced this synergy, providing students with an even richer environment to tackle complex problems and prepare for the professional world. ÉTS extends its heartfelt thanks to its partners for their ongoing commitment to engineering education and youth development.
Congratulations to the Winners!
