For the second straight year, the Délégation des compétitions en informatique de ÉTS (DCI ÉTS – ÉTS delegation to scientific competitions) took home top honours at the Computer Science Games (CS Games). Two teams from ÉTS (ETS of Empires and ETS of Mythology) finished first and sixth in the final standings, respectively.

CS Games is an inter-university computer science competition that brings together close to thirty teams from twenty universities located in Québec, Canada and the United states. During the event, students compete in the areas of software engineering, artificial intelligence, cyber security and others. This year’s competition was held at Polytechnique Montréal from March 22 to 24.

In addition to their two consecutive victories, students from DCI ÉTS were also victorious at the CS Games in 2016, 2015, 2013, 2010 and 2005. In fact, ÉTS holds the record for the most victories in the history of this competition!
