For students who, at the end of their defence, got the mention “Excellent” as well as the recommendation of the jury to submit a candidacy for the Board of Director's Master's with Thesis and PhD Awards (“Prix d’excellence du Conseil d’administration de l’ÉTS à la maîtrise avec mémoire et au doctorat”).

Those concerned will receive an invitation by email from the Dean of Studies Office.

Amount and duration

Master's with Thesis: 2 prizes of $1 000

Doctorate: 1 prize of $2 500

Eligibility criteria

To have received the mention “Excellent” of the end of the defence
To be recommended by the defence jury

In addition, for the Master's with Thesis candidates

Hold a minimum GPA of 3,70

IMPORTANT: You are not eligible if your dissertation or thesis is confidential at the time of your final deposit and cannot be published by ETS's Library.
