ÉTS offers indoor parking in Pavilions A, B and E.
Your parking permit allows you to park in your designated spot only. Permits are not transferable.

- Regular: For any green parking spot in your designated pavilion.
- Tandem: For a specific yellow parking spot. Spots are limited and are reserved for regular ÉTS employees only.
- Regular for resident students: For students who live on campus only.

ÉTS offers indoor bike parking in Pavilions A, B and E.
Bike permit applications should be submitted to the Service de la gestion des actifs immobiliers - SGAI (Facility Assets Management Service), room A-1410.
You must use the bike lock provided by the SGAI. A $30 deposit will be required when you sign the contract. It will be refunded if you return your key by the specified deadline.

Applying for a parking permit
- Regular employees: Applications accepted at any time by filling out the GUS application form
- Tenant at student residences: at all times by filling out the online form to register on the waiting list (in French).
- Students and lecturers submitting a parking permit application for the first time: for Winter session 2025 by filling out the GUS application form
Students, lecturers and contractors wishing to renew their parking permit are contacted by email at the end of the session.
ÉTS offers accessible parking on campus for persons with reduced mobility. To be eligible, you must hang an SAAQ disabled parking permit from your rearview mirror. Accessible parking spots are located as follows:
- Pavilion A: two spots at Level SS2-A
- Pavilion B: three spots at Level SS1-B (next to the escalator) and two spots at Level SS2-B
- Pavilion E: two spots at Level SS1
Visitor parking
ÉTS offers visitor parking as follows:
- Pavilion A: William Street entrance: Visitor parking is available after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends
- Pavilion B: Jean-D’Estrées Street entrance
- Pavilion E: Eleanor Street entrance, visitor parking is available 24/7
Hybrid and electric vehicles
Electric vehicle charging stations are available as follows:
- Pavilion A: 31 stations reserved for employees
- Pavilion B: 21 stations including 19 reserved for employees
- Pavilion E: 7 stations at Level SS1
