You can estimate the tuition fees for a study session at ÉTS in order to plan your budget more accurately.
The amount shown will not include voluntary contributions, such as ASEQ fees, educational materials (portable computer, manuals, course notes, etc.), living expenses (transportation, housing, food) or fees for the issuing of official documents. Tuition fees are set by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur du Québec, and are subject to change without notice. In addition, you should plan for an annual increase of approximately 5% in tuition fees, applicable during every Fall session.
To estimate the tuition fees for a study session at ÉTS, select your criteria based on your situation and the program of your choice. For more detailed information concerning the annual amounts and the various types of status, please visit the Cost of studies at ÉTS page.
One course corresponds to 3 or 4 credits.
Tuition fees are calculated for each session, based on the number of credits for which the student has registered. An academic year at ÉTS comprises three sessions.
To meet the definition of full-time studies, a student must register for a minimum of 12 credits per session (or co-op work term) at the undergraduate level and 9 credits per session at the graduate and post-graduate levels (Master and Doctorate).
An invoice will be produced three to four weeks before the beginning of each session for which a student is registered, and is available via the MonÉTS portal, in the "My documents" section, under "Registration Statement/Invoice".
NOTE : The proposed tool is a tuition fee estimator. Amounts are indicated with no guarantees and for information purposes only. Amounts indicted covers one study session, and do not include living expenses, insurance fees, manuals, course notes, educational materials or the issuing of official attestations. Tuition fees are subject to change without notice based on decisions made by the Ministère.
