Part-time Jobs

Would you like to work for pay on campus for a few hours each week? Each semester, some services and departments offer part-time jobs or are looking for candidates for one-time events. You can apply within the following departments.

Part-Time Jobs on Campus

Remember, if you want to maximize your chances of success, don’t work more than 20 hours per week!

  • In classrooms (evening work for students in software engineering or IT engineering)

  • Open house guide, various jobs for large events (setting up, greeting, coat room, etc.)
  • Facilitator, orientation for new students

  • A person who can offer academic support to students who are having difficulties

  • For recruitment activities (fairs, Web facilitators, various presentations, etc.)

Temporary position – between 8 and 28 hours per week, shared among several students.

Job Description:

  • Ensure monitoring of the library space during certain times of the week, as well as during extended evening hours from 9:45 PM to 2:00 AM during the end-of-semester period;
  • Support the library team in enforcing regulations and ensuring proper use of the spaces by patrons.

Schedule:
Specifically from November 24 to December 17, 2025 (end-of-semester period):

  • Thursday: 9:45 PM to 2:00 AM  
  • Friday: 9:45 PM to 2:00 AM
  • Saturday OR Sunday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM  

    During this period and in future semesters, some shifts may be offered on short notice in an “on-call” format to meet unexpected needs.

Salary: $18.62 / hour

Candidate profile:

  • Education: Must be a student currently enrolled at ÉTS  
  • Experience: Customer service experience, fluency in French (spoken and written)  
  • Preferably residing in ÉTS residences or near the ÉTS campus
