Performance analysis of energy systems (lighting, HVAC, etc.) in controlled environment agriculture spaces
The project involves analyzing measured data and/or developing numerical models to assess the performance of energy systems (lighting, HVAC, etc.) in controlled environment agriculture spaces.
Required knowledge
- Knowledge of thermal engineering: thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics.
- Interest in and knowledge of data analysis and/or energy modelling/building perfromance simulation tools (TRNSYS/EnergyPlus).
- Knowledge of Python an asset.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French or English.
