Broccolini Construction and Ventilation GR: Committed Partners for Engineering in the Feminine Plural

An Evening of Celebration and Commitment

On May 29, ÉTS honored 30 inspiring laureates as part of the 5th edition of the Palmarès Féminin Pluriel, a flagship initiative of the Objectif Féminin Pluriel campaign aimed at supporting women studying science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. While the evening was a memorable celebration, it was once again made possible this year thanks to the unwavering support of Broccolini Construction and Ventilation GR.

By supporting this initiative, these two partners reaffirm their commitment to actively building a more just, inclusive, and equitable world—especially by encouraging the presence of women in fields still largely dominated by men. Their support not only recognizes outstanding women’s achievements, but also helps break down systemic barriers.

Tangible Support for an Equitable Future

Thanks to their generosity, each laureate of the 2025 Palmarès received a $1,000 scholarship to help them continue their academic journey with confidence. This concrete support sends a strong message: women belong in engineering and deserve to thrive with equity, pride, and ambition.

Broccolini Construction and Ventilation GR embody a vision of the future where engineering is expressed in the feminine plural. Their loyal support directly contributes to ÉTS’s mission of reaching the goal of 30% female engineering students by 2030—an objective promoted at the national level by Engineers Canada.

With heartfelt appreciation, we thank these valued partners. Together, we are doing more than supporting students—we are helping to transform the face of engineering in a lasting way.
