Volunteers are needed to support registration, technical sessions, tutorials, and technical tours.
Volunteer work will be organized in 4-hour shifts:
- 1-day free conference registration for a 4-hour shift
- 2-day free conference registration for two 4-hour shifts
- Lunch will be provided for shifts longer than 4 hours
Registrations collected at this stage are expressions of interest only. Detailed assignments will be communicated at a later date.
An online training session is planned approximately one week before the conference. Some positions may also require on-site training to become familiar with the venue and equipment. Please indicate your availability for on-site training in the Comments section when signing up.
