Development of an application with a UX UI interface for performance analysis in para-swimming
The selected student will develop a UX/UI (front-end) interface that will allow stakeholders, coaches, and athletes to analyze and visualize data collected by an inertial measurement unit (IMU) worn by elite swimmers.
The application will import and manipulate the collected data, and display both raw and processed data in a web-accessible graphical interface.
The application (back-end) will execute predefined scripts to process the data and generate specific markers of swimmer performance and fatigue (work currently being conducted by another M.Eng.).
The results of these analyses will be sent to an SQL database (work currently being conducted by another M.Eng.) and accessible via a web portal to visualize, compare, and interpret the results over time.
