Aris Leivadeas
Professor
Aris Leivadeas is an assistant professor in the department of Software and Information Technology Engineering at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), Montreal, Canada. His research interest lies in the areas of cloud computing, network function virtualization, internet of things, and wireless communications with particular focus on resource management and optimization. 

Aris has several years of experience in industry and academia. He counts many prestigious publications in various international journals and conferences, and he has won the best paper award in the 9th ACM/SPEC International Conference in Performance Engineering. Prior joining ÉTS he worked as software engineer to major telecommunication providers such as Ericsson and Cisco.
