The thesis completes the Master’s Program for students who choose a progression including five courses.
This integrates the student’s knowledge and puts it to practical use in a development and technology transfer project raising complex engineering problems.
This activity can be carried out in an industrial environment or in ÉTS’ own laboratories, in collaboration with industry.
The project includes a set of activities carried out under the direction of a professor: bibliographic research, theoretical development and experimental realization, drafting the thesis and making an oral presentation. The completion of all these activities requires at least 1350 hours of work.
