An ÉTS academic year spans 12 months, split into 3 regular semesters of 4 months (15 weeks) each:
- Fall semester: September to December
- Winter semester: January to April

Start of application of the financial penalty for late registration
- Returning students: November 13, 2024
Payment of tuition fees
- Deadline for 1st payment: January 10, 2025
- Deadline for 2nd payment: February 14, 2025
ASEQ insurance coverage change deadline
