Grands Prix du design

ÉTS is delighted to acknowledge the Grand prix du design awarded to CGA Architectes during the 13th edition of the Grands prix du design awards on February 5, 2020. CGA received the Prix Établissement institutionnel (Institutional award) for the renovation of the ÉTS library.

This is the second consecutive year in which architecture at ÉTS has been honoured. Last year, Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Achitectes (MSDL) won two awards for the conversion of the Dow Planetarium (Centech), in addition to the awards it received in 2017 and 2016 for the Maison des étudiants (Student House).

The new ÉTS library, which was inaugurated in September of 2018, was completely redesigned with a view to providing users with a more modern and functional space that is fully conducive to studying, creativity and collaboration.

ÉTS is proud to see honours and distinctions bestowed upon the professional firms that help to make its campus a more welcoming place that is not only increasingly attractive to the entire university community, but also increasingly environmentally friendly.
