Board of Directors

The primary role of the Board of Directors is to see to the good governance of ÉTS and to ensure its mission and values are upheld. Thus, the Board participates actively in the definition of the institution’s strategic orientations, adopts its policies and regulations, and supervises and supports the university’s executive management in the performance of their tasks.

The Executive Committee (CX), which reports to the Board of Directors, oversees the current administration at ÉTS. Its special role is to advise the board on matters concerning human resource management.

The Governance Committee (CG), which reports to the Board of Directors, oversees the good governance of ÉTS, and particularly the continuous strengthening of its bodies governance. It also ensures the implementation of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
