Do you need help to work more effectively or adapt to the university system? Student Services cares about your success and offers free study groups led by experienced tutors, personalized individual coaching.

Here are some examples of subjects that may be discussed with the learning support worker:

  • Time-management strategies
  • Motivation
  • Note-taking
  • Study practices and memorization techniques 
  • Performing during exams (prioritizing questions, managing stress, etc.)
  • Procrastination
  • Effective remote / online study practices 
  • Managing teamwork
  • Etc.
