Mission

The mission of the Legal Affairs Department is to see to the good governance of ÉTS, support its decision-making bodies, preserve its institutional memory and ensure the legality and compliance of its actions and decisions.

Areas of Activity

Its role is structured around three areas of activity:
 

• Decision-making bodies
  • Coordination of these bodies
  • Good institutional governance
     
• Legal Affairs
  • Institutional legal and litigation services
  • Coordination of legal mandates awarded to outside organizations
     
• Document Management and Archives
  • Preservation of institutional memory/records
  • Support to academic and other departments in managing their documents and archives
