Women in engineering awards

To encourage women to undertake studies in engineering, ÉTS automatically awards a $1,500 bursary to the candidates who have an R score over 27.

Amount and duration

  • $1,500;
  • This scholarship applies to tuition fees. It cannot be exchanged, converted to cash or transferred to a subsequent semester.

Eligibility criteria

  • Have an R score over 27 when applying for admission respecting the deadlines:
    • Fall semester
      • application deadline: before March 1st
      • registration deadline: before May 1st
    • Winter semester:
      • application deadline: before November 1st
      • registration deadline: before December 1st
  • Have earned a Québec Technology DEC eligible for one of our programs or a DEC in pure and applied sciences or in computer and mathematics sciences;
  • Submit an application for admission to one of our Bachelor’s programs or Technological Academic Path program;
  • The R score considered will be the one registered in your collegiate academic file on March 1st for the fall semester or on November 1st for the winter semester.

Selection criteria

  • You must proceed to register at ÉTS within the prescribed deadlines;

Documents required

There is nothing to do to obtain these awards: eligible applicants will be identified by ÉTS and notified by email
