Investing in training is a winning proposition! More effective employees contribute to the growth of your business and increase its productivity. But that’s not all: by encouraging your staff to keep learning, you teach them it’s important. So, don’t wait a minute longer: find out what ÉTS can do for your human resources.

An Overview of Training Programs offered by ÉTS

Did you know that ÉTS offers programs and courses designed for businesses and people in the job market?

These programs are aimed not only at engineering technicians and professionals, but also to managers, professionals and the administrative and technical staff of your business. Custom training can also be created to respond to your company’s specific needs.

Many of our programs are available during the day, on evenings and weekends, on an intensive basis. Some programs lead to obtaining an undergraduate or graduate level diploma, while other continuing education programs allow you to quickly acquire technical knowledge or management skills.

ÉTS Continuing Education: for Ongoing Training and Development

ÉTS Continuing Education is recognized as the Québec leader in employee development and continuing education in the areas of management, project management, information and communication technologies (ICT), and buildings.

ÉTS Continuing Education offers more than 300 training activities designed to meet the needs of working managers, professionals and technicians.

Corporate Training

Most courses offered by ÉTS Continuing Education can be delivered in a corporate context. If the training you have selected does not require customization, it will be offered on the date and at the location of your choice. These courses can also be customized by incorporating content elements that will meet your specific needs.

Graduate-level training: Microprograms, DESS and Professional Master’s Programs

Use innovation to make your business differentiate itself from its competitors by developing a specialized workforce. Our graduate programs in engineering are designed to deliver advanced engineering knowledge that will allow your staff to develop solutions that go beyond the frontiers, off the beaten path.

Your employees can enrol in a microprogram and, if they want to go further, continue into a Specialized Graduate Studies Diploma or DESS, then to a master’s degree. Most of the courses in our microprograms can be credited to a DESS, while a DESS can be credited to a master's program. Find out more!

Given that most of our faculty have prior industry experience and carry out research in partnership with private enterprise, they’re in close touch with market realities.

Case studies and simulations will allow your staff to develop solutions to concrete issues that they can then apply to your business.
