Organize a Student Activity

Book the Room

  • Members of student organizations that are recognized by Student Services can use the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor of Pavilion D. No reservation is required to use these rooms for the Summer 2019 session.
  • No reservation is required for students who wish to use classrooms that are not being used by instructors or the teamwork areas in the Library.
  • If you want to book the ÉTS auditorium or one of the amphitheatres or public places (halls, open spaces), expect a a delay of 6 to 8 weeks, and make a request for the authorization of a student activity (Google Docs, in French).

Promote Your Event

Make sure you follow the guidelines (PDF, in French) to be followed before beginning to promote your student activity.

  1. Interface, the ÉTS student life bulletin: Submit your article no later than Thursday morning 8 a.m. for it to appear in the Interface sent by e-mail the following Monday.
  2. ÉTS TV: Use the PowerPoint template and send it to Mylène Vézina, communication advisor in Student Services.
  3. ÉTS Social Media: please contact Cindy Deslippes-Gauthier, communication advisor in the Communications Department.
