To Report an Incident or Obtain Service
Visit the GUS portal. There you will find the information you need to make a service call. You can also send an e-mail to email@example.com.
It is important to provide the following information:
- Your name;
- Your universal access code;
- The room number and your telephone extension, if applicable;
- The name and number of the computer (or the equipment) if it is a device that belongs to ÉTS;
- Any details that will accelerate the processing of your request (screen shot, error messages, etc.).
