Technology Resources

The Information Technology (STI) department can help you with:

  • applications, software and licenses;
  • e-mail;
  • computer hardware (only if it belongs to ÉTS);
  • multimedia (multimedia services and events, videoconferencing and Web meetings);
  • collaboration platforms;
  • networking (VPN, Wi-Fi and Eduroam);
  • security, accounts and access;
  • websites;
  • data storage;
  • telephony.

To Report an Incident or Obtain Service

Visit the GUS portal. There you will find the information you need to make a service call. You can also send an e-mail to gus@etsmtl.ca

It is important to provide the following information:

  • Your name;
  • Your universal access code;
  • The room number and your telephone extension, if applicable;
  • The name and number of the computer (or the equipment) if it is a device that belongs to ÉTS;
  •  Any details that will accelerate the processing of your request (screen shot, error messages, etc.).
