Martine Dubé is a specialist of composite materials. She became Professor at École de technologie supérieure in 2011. Her research interests focus on processing and joining of composite materials by welding and  repair of composite structures.

Prior to her appointement as a Professor, she worked at Bombardier Aerospace in the Composites Development group. She also spent two years working at the Laboratoire de mécanique des solides at École Polytechnique in Paris where she studied the cracking of a glass material subjected to thermal shocks. She is the author of publications in various peer-reviewed journals.

As a Professor at École de technologie supérieure, I am looking for collaboration with industry, research centers and other universities. I am also looking for dynamic undergraduate and graduate students to get involved in various research projects on composite materials.
